Yes. Attach it to the request form. For laser cutting and engraving, vector files work best (SVG, AI, EPS, DXF or a vector PDF). For printing, use a high-resolution PNG, JPG or PDF. Only have a photo or a sketch? See the next question.

It depends on its quality. Small or blurry images, like a photo saved from social media, a screenshot or a picture sent by text message, can look pixelated or blurry once printed or engraved, especially in large sizes. Always send the original file, in the largest size you have. If the quality is too low for the size you want, we let you know before we start.

Yes, we can create the design from your photo, sketch or idea. Describe what you have in mind in the request form. Depending on the project, design work may have a fee; it is shown in your quote before anything starts. Some very complex requests may not be possible; if so, we let you know right away.

We reply with a quote within 1–2 business days. The production time depends on the project and the quantity, and it is included in your quote. If you have a deadline, add it in the “Needed by” field.
